Rescheduling and Cancellation

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and ensure all time slots are used effectively. You can reach us at 87714321 (Hougang Clinic) or 85123475 (Eunos Clinic) via WhatsApp or call.

• For cancellation or rescheduling of appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment, there will be an administrative fee of $200 charged.

Late Turn Up

• We understand that unexpected delays can occur, and we value everyone's time. While we cannot extend appointment times for late arrivals to ensure timely service for all clients, we will make sure you receive the care you need during the time remaining in your appointment. Please note that will be no pro-rated fee for a shortened appointment. If you want to reschedule, a late cancellation fee of $200 will apply.
