PROGRAMME
An individualised personal performance training programme.
Did You Know?
Strength training can reduce sports injuries by 66% and overuse injuries by more than 50%. Such injuries are not only common amongst athletes, they are also commonly experienced by weekend warriors, office workers, and even the stay-home mother.

The truth is, we are losing 1% to 1.5% muscle mass every year, and this accelerates to 2% to 3% as we age. This loss in muscle mass can affect our ability to participate in sports, or for the older folks, their ability to perform their activities of daily living.

A good strength training programme can go a long way in helping anyone to move well, function well, and perform well even into old age.
